The Smart Storage Rack, a compact and accurate solution for storing and managing electronic components is another key element of a “smart factory” SMT production process. 

The Smart Storage Rack works best in combination with the Receiving Station and Component Counter.

Scan unique ID labels and place component reels in any location on the rack with full traceability.

 LED lights indicate that the inventory software has been updated instantly

Storage and easy access to hundreds of reels reduces assembly setup time from hours to minutes. 

The inventory software allows operators to quickly pick the reels they require for production, with a LED light indicating their position on the rack.

Reels returned from production are then placed in the Component Counter to automatically update inventory. 

With new UID labels the reels are scanned again and placed back in the Smart Storage Rack.
